About the conference

The conference is a landmark event in the field of comprehensive research on biodiversity in the Arctic.
The event is aimed to demonstrate Russia's leading position in the study and conservation of polar bears and other Arctic mammals, to attract government, research, educational, public and business structures to research activities in the Arctic, to organize a communication platform for sharing experience and best practices in research and environmental protection, scientific research, volunteer activities, and to popularize environmental and scientific tourism in the Arctic.
